Intermittent internet service, slow speeds and sub optimal Wi-Fi coverage are common day to day issues customers face. So, we wanted to accurately communicate that we know and understand their holistic home network situation and are reliably monitoring it to proactively offer hardware upgrades, or suggest resolutions and troubleshooting. 

Network health is Excellent 

For MVP, Network health is meaured using three categories: Connectivity, Speed and Coverage. All of them together makes a great home internet experience. 

Proactive reporting with resolution

Clearly indicating current status of Network health for customers on the Home tab with instructions for resolution. Customers can always also chat with support for more help.

MVP detailed version of Network health

Details of NH shows any alert customers can respond to, and timestamp of the Speed data. Other data points that make up Connectivity and Coverage are captured realtime.

How can we engage and provide more value to our Premium users

Showing more data on Latency, Ping and Jitter. Though pretty standard with other network performance apps, our focus was simplicity and being able to learn from an MVP.
